Methodology
- Developed a Survey123 in ArcGIS Online
- Created a background in Canva that represents the goal of the survey and update the theme to match the new background.
- Updated the map basemap and symbology for simplicity and playfulness.
- Used Arcade to update the popups to include relevant survey information
- Selected an Experience Builder template that will make it easier to filter and search for specific people.
- Set up a filter by department
- Include a button to update the survey123 form as titles, hobbies or departments change for the employee.

Impact/Results
Created a process for employees to better connect and understand one another. It is now something that's been integrated into orientation by HR and will continue to live on.

I was tasked with creating a map that could be used for new employees wanting to connect with their coworkers. I created the form in Survey123 and used Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online to create the final map. This tool empowered employees to search for coworkers or to search by department or title in order to learn more about their remote colleagues.
